Greetings from West Texas! I was wondering when info about the Southwest Zone Rendezvous will be available.

Thanks,
Paul

I just posted the following to the NTVCA Yahoo Group:

Sounds like the South Central Region has got the details worked out for the SWZR
along with access to the ALMS race in conjunction with SRT.

Ben Keating and RSI are lined up to be sponsors so this should turn out be a
great event.

If you have your hotel reservations (as I do also), the hotel has a 24 hour
cancellation window, so there still is plenty of time to get all the details
sorted out. The actual SWZR event registration is through the South Central
Region, so don't be confused about the event listings we have on the NTVCA
website - those are there just for information and the NTVCA will NOT be
managing the registrations. The actual event registration should be out very
soon from the South Central region.

Due to some family complications, I was worried about signing up with SRT for the ALMS weekend. I called SRT and talked with Kim about the logistics for the weekend. She told me that the car corral has a maximum registration of 50 cars. Guess I'll send in my registration and hope for the best from the family perspective.

I paid the extra $60 for the parking. Wonder if we'll get a refund if we're not one of the 50???

You should try to get your money back for that. Per the post from texastonka on the south central section, he stated if more then 50 parking spaces are required it can be expanded and that no one will be left out.
