Spark Plugs - Dyno proven

Sorry if this subject is a repeat, but its time to change my plugs and I was wondering anyone actually did dyno testing of conventional spark plugs being properly gapped and indexed vs. the new style 2 or 4 prong electrodes that don't require indexing.

I hope someone has had actual dyno experience as spark plug preferences are as touchy as subject as each of our favorite beers.....please no arguing and name-calling.
