Has anyone in Canada who has ordered an 08 in SSG recieved any confirmation with respect to their orders? I ordered late (in early November) and have yet to hear anything on availability yet. I am assuming the Canadian allotment for this colour has probably been exhausted by now. Does anyone have any updates?
