"Car will not start" What WILL it do? Will it crank, start, and then QUIT after 1.5 sec? No crank? Clicks?
1) You tried the reset key in the glove (cubby) box?
2) Did you synch the fobs, holding down both buttons 5-10 sec?
3) Did you discon the underhood battery, wait a minute, and then re-connect? And then try to start?
