Stock 98 GTS wheels

Were stock '98 GTS wheels clearcoated? Did they make any changes in mid year on them?

Yes, clearcoated and a higher polish than 97.

I know of no changes and yes they are clearcoated. I installed a set on my '96 to avoid the cast issue of the original '96 wheels.

Not to hijack but does anyone in the VA area know where to get one polished and re-coated?
