storage for the winter

Some say to change your oil before you put your car away? my 2009
vert has 2600 miles. I changed oil at 1k miles should I change again b4 I put away or when I take it out? also should I inflate tires to max? I pull the battery out and put it on a trickle charger in my basement.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.
