I am stil in Texas for a couple of days but I had a great time at the track in San Antonio for the SUpra Nationals.
The track conditions were not he best so say the least! I have ben used to great track conditions and great air which makes driving easy. After a few 10.00-10.40's I finally go the car in the 9's in the first round of eliminations. I think the third round I met styles again and HE ran a better et 9.82 I ran a 9.87 but I beat him on the tree and there for crossed the line first. This was the closest race I have been in and it was fun! I only advanced to meet the titan Motorsports Supra Race Car and I realized I was serioulsy beat unless I cut a perfect light and he was sleeping but I cut a .498
Light just a little too soon and Red Lighted for the first time.
RSI (Rohn's Car) took second to the Titan Motorsports car. I think the vipers did well just wait until we get the AUto's worked out in the VIpers. this year Supra's win next year Viper's will win again!
Great time overall! RSI was there and big thanks to them for helping me change my tires after a long trip and they got me to the race by rebuilding my rear.
again thanks for Doug Levin for this car. It keeps performing like a champ. It is producing 9 second passes everytime at the track.
Cannot wait until April 16-17 hopefully good air and great track conditions will make more great racing!
