What A/R are you using? .68? I wasn't aware they made a .96 or 1.15 hotside for the T3 stuff.

So even after all the head work that car had, it still needs an aftermarket cam to keep the torque from falling off a cliff. Interesting.

and 2.5:1 at what, 6psi? With only a 2.5" downpipe at 12psi it has to be more than that, for the sheer fact that the T3 turbine is excessively out of it's efficiency range. If it were a .83 a/r T4 61 with a 3" downpipe that 2.5 might be a little more inline at anything over 6 psi... which still isn't anything to write home about.

I think it would in the best interest to offer a COMPLETE kit. This kit will not work at all without an EMS or fuel system upgrade of some kind. You need to package that into the cost of the system and sell as a whole.

that's why i bought a Roe SC kit. its a complete kit (ECU, Fuel system, ect..) and the instructions for install were amazing. Bolted on and car started right up. A lot of people steer away from these "custom" applications.

This isn't a custom application. Every SVS side mount TT system will be the same. The requirements for fuel and engine management will change for different levels of power you want to attain.

How much power does a ROE make just bolting it on without any extras?

headers, exhaust, throttle bodies etc. Just the Roe on a stock engine

This isn't a custom application. Every SVS side mount TT system will be the same. The requirements for fuel and engine management will change for different levels of power you want to attain.

Maybe offer the baseline kit with stock ECu reflash, BAP, and some 55lb injectors as one package
Another package could have a full SVS fuel system, 96lb injectors and an AEM or Motec

It's funny you ask that question. I was speaking with Joe donovan who will be tuning my car about this and he has tuned the standard roe kit with 8lb pulley on STOCK vipers, cats and everything and have gotten ~580rwhp. With an exhaust he has gotten 597rwhp still with the stock cats.

So i'd say the roe adds at least 180rwhp if you use an average of 400whp for a bone stock viper.

Now that's bang for the buck at only $6500

I think I can get the side mount TT down to 10k.

Differences would be:

Mild steel headers/downpipes (no warranty or ARP hardware)

Inlet side to turbos and outlet to intercooler would be with detroit flexible turbo hose. The pipes from the intercooler to the intake would stay aluminum.

No V band clamps or constant torque clamps.

This would be the budget side mount TT system

Great system SVS. How much would you charge to install a system like this? At what power level do you need to start upgrading the clutch, transmission gears, etc.?

At 800rwhp I believe you'll cook the stock clutch at the dragstrip.

On the street it all depends on driver and how much you want to stay on kill.
