Tension of Paxton Belt ??

Help!

I am 2/3 through my Paxton install which has gone pretty smoothly but I am concerned that I do not have enough tension in my Belt- it is not as tight as my accessory belt and I am concerned that the tensioner is not functioning correctly.

When I went to release the tensioner bolt the tensioner did not move and I had to tap it with a hammer befor it picked up the slack.

any help is appreciated
