Fellow Texas Viper Owner,

April 20th, 21st, 22nd. The itinerary is below (some times are not provided as the times and activities flex with the group):

Spread the word and forward this out to any Viper owner that you know. Please RSVP if you can so I can get a head count. I hope this is a successful first time Viper Roundup. If you have questions please call me. 512.565.2094

For folks staying in the Austin area:
I have found a hotel that seems to be the most Viper friendly (after visiting several in the area), convenient and reasonably priced. Link = www.marriott.com/ausan. Rates are $109 per night, breakfast is included and they are all suites. Parking is convenient for pull through trailering of vehicles. Round Rock police will be specifically patrolling that parking lot at my request. Good part of town, tucked away parking lot, one entrance/exit only, etc…this is strategically one of the best places in town for exotic car parking.

Friday:
Friday evening
1. 8:00pm tech session- Come to learn a bit more about the Viper and ask any technical questions you want to a Viper Certified Technician.
2. Afterwards: dinner, coffee / dessert

Saturday:
Optional breakfast
If you are interested in meeting with a few fellow Viper owners for breakfast before the drive let me know.
Cruise through the Hill Country

i. For the folks staying in Round Rock (or who live in Central Texas), we are going to meet in the Marriott Spring Hill Suites parking lot at 10am and leave at 10:30am to start the cruise.

ii. For the DFW folks staying in Fredericksburg, we will meet you in the parking lot of Cedar Park High School at 11am leave at 11:30. Location = http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&safe=off&q=cedar+park+high+school,+tx&ie=UTF8&oe=UTF-8&om=1&z=14&ll=30.490101,-97.829733&spn=0.035724,0.05785&iwloc=A

Lunch
We will break from the Cruise to grab a bite to eat.

Dyno and Detail
From the drive we will arrive at Maxwell Dodge Dealership where we will have dedicated access to their dyno, while learning how to detail your Viper with instructions by a Tropic-Care representative. Tropic-Care is a line of cleaning products, owned and operated by a fellow Viper owner. So if you don’t want to dyno you car…no worries, you can learn detailing/cleaning tricks of the trade.

Car Show
After the Dyno and detail we will then make the short hop over to the local car gathering that promises to be very exciting and where you can relax and admire a lot of other American muscle. This is non-competitive.

Dinner
Once we have worked off lunch by looking at cars and talking with Viper enthusiasts, then we will head over to one of the local places for a bite to eat, and relaxing conversation.

Sunday:
Optional breakfast
If you want to meet for breakfast before leaving town, a few of us are doing so at a nearby local café (Viper friendly parking). Contact me if your interested if joining us.

This will be the first time that the Texas Viper Owners will have an opportunity to get together. We really hope that this is a success and we can make it an annual event. I will send out an itinerary, so if you cannot make the whole weekend you can still participate when you can.

Please contact me if you have any questions. Reschedule will happen if there is a rain out.

Look forward to seeing you folks!

Hi,

Unfortunately, I'm "on-call" that weekend so I'll miss out. But I would expect that many of the DFW guys/gals will be at Motorsports Ranch that weekend to run with the Lambos. So, gee.....I miss TWO events....again! S**ks to be me.....

Not sure how many...have quite a few maybes as well as the folks who will just show up...but I hope to have at least 20 Vipers given the other events that are going on in the state...but lets all spread the word to make sure folks know about it...

Hmm...run with Lambos, or come to a statewide gathering of your fellow Viper owners...should that be a tough choice?
