Throttle Position Sensor % opening

I hooked up my OBDII scanner and found that my throttle position sensor is only seeing 71% opening when I smash the gas pedal,and 78% opening when I manually open the throttle body.What should the maximum opening be??I have accufab 70mm TBs.

Probably normal. I am sure you have checked the throttle blades when someone else is on the go pedal.
