I have been ordering the goodies at MGW since I bought my car last month. I recently had some problems with my First Strike shift knob. I let the backyard mechanic in me have a go at it and kinda butchered the part in my efforts and did not fix it either. I sent the part back to George to look at and he couldn't find anything wrong other than my handywork, of course. He sent his newest and shortest, rubberized knob(which I love) and the original knob (which can be a backup) totally free of charge.
