TNT exhaust, roller rockers, flywheel, and gears

I am looking at a 2002 GTS that has TNT headers with exhaust system, Roller rockers, Sean Roe flywheel and rear gears. Should there be any reliability problems compared to a stock GTS? Any special items I should look at before buying?
