Touch up Paint

needed afew places touched up on my black GTS... went to Dodge and picked up the correct touch up paint. Came home and tried to apply it using the toothpick technique.... but the damn paint is like glue... wayyyy too thick. It'll just blob everything making it lose worse.

What can I apply to think this out properly? Paint thinner?

You got an old dried up tube. Go back and tell them you want some fresh stuff or you're going to start pinstriping their inventory with the glue...
