He has had his modded cars there for "sale" on e-bay for many years now, including TT Vipers, Ford GTs, 300C SRT8s, Gallardos, trucks, etc..
It's pretty common for some people to use E-Bay for advertising, and it's most likely that none of those cars actually exist for sale today.

Viper owners keep get younger and younger. I thought I was pretty cool to buy my Viper at 23. That kid should have the hottest 13 year old on the planet on his arm at his 6th grade prom!
