Recently my speedo starting jumping all over the place when I drive. Car is a 97' GTS. I can be doing 30 and it will bounce around from 40 to 130. Have had a re-cal box on for two years becuase of my 3.55's. Does it sound like the box took a dump?

Every once and a while my pass. side side sill will rattle like hell. Can only get it to stop by physically holding it tight against the car (at the rear of the sill) All the screws are tight. Anyone ever have this problem? Has B&B headers into B&B cat back, no cats.
