VENOM 650 RUNNING 8.90\'S E.T.
It was late last night we were hanging out at a local hot spot.
This place we hang out at is a hot spot for fast cars and bikes.
I was there with Toooofst, Chuck 97 GTS, Issac 460 and 3 other
Vipers in our group. In total there were 7 Vipers there, the Viper's were definitly a hit. The word was out, Tooofst just ran a 10.83 e.t.@ 135 m.p.h. on Wednesday, I ran 10.90 e.t. @ 131 m.p.h. last month. The other Viper guy's Chuck
and Issac also ran killer e.t.'s. Viper's are now feared in
this area. Anyway this Guy (we will call him John) came up to
us asking about a C5 Vette, he said he was suppose to meet this
C5 Vette for a race. He told us he met this C5 owner at Great Lakes Dragaway and challenged him to a race here in Chicago. We knew who he was talking about, we just had a run in with the same guy just last week. This C5 owner talks a lot of trash and that's all he's good for. Tooofst asked John where he was from, he said Janesville Wisconsin and that he trailered his car
down from there. I asked him what kind of car he had he
told us he had a Venom 650 with a 3 stage
NOS system a $2000.00 cam and drove around on Nittos.
I asked him what kind of e.t.'s he ran he told us 8.90's
@ 150 plus m.p.h.. I said WOW, Tooofst was in disbelief
the other Viper guy's were amazed. I went over to Chuck
and told him he said NO FU**** WAY. Chuck said the fastest
Viper run's mid 9's (excluding Sir Hiss). I knew this but I
always like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So we told
him where to find this C5 Vette and that we would like to see
this monster Viper. He said sure, he told us that he parked his
Viper at his Uncle's house and to follow him over there.
So we got into our Viper's and waited for him to drive over so
that we could follow him over to his Uncle's house. We waited and
waited but no Venom 650 owner. We thought maybe he would meet us
at where the C5 Vette was, when we arrived at where the C5 Vette
was there was no Venom 650. We waited
around till 2:00 am but still no 650 Venom.
Does anyone know of this Viper?
