Good list,Twister. Mine was 2008 coupe. I think if you throw out the top 2 and bottom 2 of each group you would be left with the times the average driver should run. ZR-1 group and FGT group for now maybe remove best and worst for an average.

Since you asked ,you have to do a few revisions Jamie ran something like 10.9 (believe he faster than Ranger )in a stock Z06.Evan ran low 11.1- in a Stock Ford GT(PROTOTYPE )as i was there and in My Gen 2 he ran 11.3 at 129.7.

Great job!! But please note, you are measuring only one performance stat on these cars: how fast can it go in a straight line. If Dodge wanted to "blow" away the ZR1 it would have introduced a model with a supercharger. Then we could compare similar cars. Some Viper owners have done this on their own and are running low 10's in the qtr mile. There is one that is in the low 8's.

But the new ACR was designed for the track. So far in all the "contests" I have seen with car magazines, etc. the ACR beats the ZR1 on the track. And on the ultimate track, the Nurburgring, who has the production car record? The Viper ACR 7:22.1.

John Bennet..I couldnt agree more..I also made a list a year ago complete with links that pitted the Gen3 SRT10 against the C6Z06 in head to head lap times...The results were pretty surprising as despite the SRT10 being a solid 3.5 mph slower in the 1/4 mile the lap times were nearly identical had several differant road courses...If your interested Ill post the results on this thread...

Iam sorry as i was not clear in my above statement .My STOCK gen 4 ran 11.3 at 129.7 My heavily modded Gen 2 ran 11.2 at 131.7 on Pilots(By heavily modded it was a street driven NA pump gas car BUT almost every moving part in the motor besides the crank was changed.)
