SORRY THAT NO TRACK IS AVAILABLE ON MY ISLAND AND ALL I HAVE IS MY CIRCUIT CITY FX2 TIMER...(always the same exact location a outstanding 1/4 mile spot that I have been useing for about 8 years now.......

1000 feet elevation 65-75 degree hawaiian weather

And with the same circuit city FX2 timer I have been using for 8 years

(tested at actual drag strip for accurracy and found that the 60 ft is 100% accuartae and the 1/8 mile is 99% accurate and the 1/4 mile is usually off by 1.5 mph and 1.5 tenths...But sometimes dead on)...

The following cars have been tested at this location useing my FX2 timer

-98 supercharged auto camaro=14.9 at 93 mph( best ever at drag strip=15.1 at 91 mph)

-stock 2004 auto corvette=13.3 at 105 mph(best ever at drag strip=13.5 at 104)

-stock manual 2005 nsx=13.1 at 107 mph( no drag strip runs)

-stage1 auto E55AMG=12.5 at 111 mph (best ever drag strip 12.7 at 110 mph)

-Mild head and cam auto corvette=12.6 at 113 (best ever drag strip=12.8 at 111)

-1999 Viper stock 410 rwhp=12.4 at 117 (no drag strip runs)

-1999 Viper with bolt ons/aem tune at 445 rwhp=12.0 at 121 mph (no drag strip runs)

2007 Z06 495 rwhp-11. 98 at 123.6 mph

-2009 GTR 680 awhp=11. 68 at 128 mph

it should be mentioned that at the drag strip we are lucky to get 3-4 runs were with the fx2 you can easily get in 10-15 runs in an hour

You can see on my first outing trying to learn the car I sucked pretty badly..LOL

2003 srt10 with roller rockers and kn filters at 459 rwhp

1-12.7 @ 114
2-12.4 @ 115
3-12.4 @ 116
4-12.5 @ 115.6
5-12.4 @ 115

Man this car ***** I thought...Littel did I know that I was shifting when that damn yellow arrow appeared and really to early at 5500 rpm's or so

Tried shifting a lil later 6-12.4 @ 117.9

And then a lil later

7-12.37 @ 119.0
8-12.25 @ 119.3

And then on my 9th and final run shifting right before red line I clicked off a

9-12.08 @ 118.9 1.93 60 ft 7.9 @ 91.3 1/8 0-60 mph in 4.13

Very happy with the ET but dissapointed in the 119 max trapps I called it a night

Went back at it again a few days later( KN filters and roller rockers) 459/492 SAE

I baby shifted on these runs trying to see if I could hit 120 mph trapps

10-12.77 @ 115.6
11-12.75 @ 118.1
12-12.43 @ 120.2

YEA BABY a 120 trapp..Not to shabby and I called it a night

Went back out on another night( kn filters and roller rockers) 459/492 SAE

Tonight I wanted an 11 second pass and was all buisness

13-12.5 at 115.9 getting warmed up
14-12.4 @ 117.8
15-12.26 @ 119.2 1
6-12.1 @ 120.5
17-11.97 @ 121.3 60 ft 1.97 7.9 @ 93.5 1/8 0-60=4.05 !!!!!!!!! HELL YEA best ever with kn filter and roller rockers

18-12.1 @ 120.2
19-12.1 @ 120.1
20-12.05 @ 122.2 ( highest mph yet)!!!!!!!!!!
21-12.08 @ 121.4

Then I called it a night...

( kn filters and roller rockers plus cat/muffler delete) ???rwhp???rwt...added the cat/muffler delete and went back at it

22-12.22 @ 119.6
23-12.13 @ 118.8
24-12.03 @ 120.6
25-11.95 @ 121.9
26-11.92 @ 121.7
27-11.92 @ 121.5

Kn filters and roller rockers plus cat/muffler delete and removal of rain baffle...rwhp??? rwt???

28-12.2 @ 121.9
29-12.1 @ 120.4
30-12.0 @ 120.5
31-11.88@ 122.3 2.0 60 ft fastest ever WITH LOTS OF 11.9'S AND 121 MPH TRAPPS TO BACK IT UP

well honestly it seems like removeing the rain baffle gave me maybe a .5 mph benifit....looks like I was 120-122 mph all night...but befor removing the rain baffle MY runs would be in the 119.5-121.7 range

Well it had been a while and I have added the viper specialty SCT tune/findanza flywheel/titanium exhaust/underdrive pulley plus still the roller rockers and no cats and KN filter with the rain baffle still removed..Now dynoed at 476/512 SAE.

32-13.5 @ 117.5
33-12.1 @ 121.6
34-12.3 @ 121.2
35-12.0 @ 121.8
36-12.3 @ 122.2
37-12.1 @ 121.9
38-11.8 @ 122.1
39-11.67 @122.7 60 foot 1.87 7.65 At 95.5 1/8 and 0-60 in 3.68 This was the best I have ever done period and it was nice to see the mods showing their face...

Next mod will be the revised BBK throttle body..Cant wait to test it out..

Never got the throttle body. Been a while and I since replaced the kn filters with a true kn air intake. I also added the comp coupe camshaft and some nitto invoi tires. The New power is 490 rwhp and 530 rwt sae

40-12.8@118
41-12.5@119

Im at 1000 feet elevation in tropical rain forest weather. Look at the z06 with 495 rwhp only trapping 123 mph and the gtr at 680 awhp only trapping 128 mph.

Quite a few members here have trapped 122 to 123 mph in stock gen3s

Some Z06's trap 120-123 here too. It is called piss poor driving. In fact, most of them run slower than what is found on the internet, some even crack 13s. LOL

Twister, you last run is very close to what my 500whp/525wtq did about 1 month ago in this scorching Texas heat. I ran a tick quicker (11.51) and a bit faster (125.3). We ran a similar 60ft and 1/8 times, but I was running a 1mph faster by the 1/8 (98.8mph).

Good runs none the less.

We were all surprised at how the ACR didn't put down the number. The track was slick that day though, in all fairness. I'm pretty good with street tires, not blowing them off the line.

345sbspinning...

I was running the nitto at 30 psi..... You've gave me something to shoot for now. I'll lower the psi to 24 warm and go back at it in a few days. Thinking at that PSi a 1.80 60 ft will give me the 11.3x at 125mph plus I'm craving.

So many factors play into a great timed run. Track conditions play a big part. Weather also which seems strange since my best times have been in the 70 degree range. Tires I think are second. I run M&H @18psi. A good 60' time is critical but still at 1.7 sec can't get it below 11.55 1/4 @ 119mph. Shifting takes time about 4 tenths per shift according to my data logger. I was thinking again which is my biggest problem about changing gears to 3.33 from 3.55 should finish in 3rd then but not sure what that will do to my 60'

canyon i swear your just at a slow track....it happens. some a well driven stock gen can touch 124 mph..

average is 121 mph..

and then you have your strips were the best gen3 drivers hit 118 mph.

i think your runnin at one of thes unless stock z06s are hittin 124 at your track?

didnt you dyno after a few mods and only hit 445 or so?

maybe redyno bdcause as skilled as you are nd tha amount of modification the 119 trapp speed seems off.....

btw i decided not to lower the pressure down to low 20s psi as im not gonna run that psi on the street

Infineon drag strip does go up hill according to goole map and elevation on google map. As for tires I really only use the M&H drag radials for the strip and the to and from drive. I really don't want to dyno it again as I feel it's all irrelevant to my needs. I feel the dyno is mostly just something to see on paper. I like my time slips best. I am happy at 11.5 any faster and I can't run at this track. So my fun would be over and I would have to find another car since the mods to run under 11.49 or less really don't fit my plan for this car. To much money and the car is really not setup for faster times. Sure is fun though..........
