THURSDAY GOLF OUTING: Brian Nightengale of Race Craft is organizing a golf outing for Thursday April 10th the day before the Viper Days event. You will golf at the Wig Wam Resort at approx 12 noon then followed by cocktails & Snacks from 5-8 at Brian’s house approx 5 minutes away! Please call Brian if you are interested!! 623-937-6990
FRIDAY TEST & TUNE: Friday will be open for “advanced drivers” for a test and tune day. 9-5 we will be running 2 run groups all day!! $300 full day 9-5 and $175 for half day 1-5 NO LUNCH provided for Friday. Call Courtney for OK.
COST: $665.00 or $615.00 for VCA member one time discount(VCA # required) - for a registration/reception party at the Hampton Inn, two lunches, and a Saturday night banquet at the track, commemorative gift and extensive track time. One day entry $300 includes 2+/- hours of track time & lunch only!! Dinner is an additional cost!
PAYMENT: Viper days accepts Visa and Master Card. Make checks payable to: Viper Days, Inc. Payment for each event is paid in full prior to the event!! Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
HOTEL INFO: Be sure to call the Hampton Inn to make room reservations and ask for the Viper Days rooms. Mention the Viper Days room block for the discounted rate. Rooms will be released March 21st . So call NOW!!!! Secondary Hotel: all of the area hotels are owned by the same person and all of the $$ match. GREAT hotel w/pool, basketball court, fitness center, business center. THERE IS NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE HOTEL. IT IS A “DRY” HOTEL.

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING Thursday drop off ONLY OK from 8am-5pm just inside gate 1 ONLY!! NO infield parking at all on Thur. Friday Parking in the infield starting at 6am-9:00pm.
CAMPERS/MOTORCOACHES Are ALLOWED to camp overnight self-contained in the infield!
FUEL The track is selling 110 leaded $4.75 gallon .There is a 76 gas station 1 mile away!
GARAGES FOR RENT: garages are available thru Viper Days for $ 100 for the weekend. 42 spaces available!
REQUIRED TO BRING Helmets with Snell rating of 95 or be no more then 5 years old. No motorcycle helmets unless you wear a belaclava. Long sleeve shirt and pants required. ***********
MED STATS 2003 IS MANDATORY! ! There is a NEW form requiring additional information. Please bring your Med+Stats lanyard or fill out Med+Stats confidential information and return with payment ASAP. Renewal will be only $ 15.00
FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the Hampton Inn. Check in and register at the reception with hors d’oeuvres. Tech. inspection will occur all day Friday at the track or Saturday morning. Please join us for hors d’oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED AT THIS RECEPTION! A Viper tech inspection tip: empty your glove box and trunk at the hotel instead of the track.
GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount, must call Courtney for details!! Dinner Only is $45
GATE HOURS: Thursday: trailer drop off only! 8am-5pm, Friday 6am-9pm, Sat & Sun 6:00am-9pm. There is a 24 hour person at the gate 1!!

SATURDAY: The hotel will have a free full breakfast available, Be at track by 6:00AM and drive-arounds begin at 7:15. MANDATORY drivers meeting at 7:45. If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 6:00 AM for registration and tech inspection the track will go hot at 8:30. Classroom instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet will be held at the track
SUNDAY: The hotel will have a free full breakfast available. Be at the track by 7:30 AM. Driver meeting at 8:15 the track will go hot at 8:30.

Driver's Suit (2 layer min), Nomex Gloves, Neck Restraint req’d for Unlimited, Comp Coupe Unlimited classes.
Neck Restraint highly recommended for all classes.
SRT/10's and RT/10's must have a roll bar or hardtop.
Fire extinguisher required for Unlimited Class
5 or 6 point harnesses mandatory for SRT/10's.

My car is getting ready for OTC.... but I will be at PHX for 1 day. OTC is over on Saturday and i will be towing the car to PHX for 1 day of tracking. Make room for 1 please!!!
