Viper RT not starting

My viper has not been started in two months. I just tried to start it and the engine just dies. The engine sounds like it wants to start then I hear this loud clicking noise under the hood and the engine just dies. Any suggestions

I had a similar issue. Have you checked the battery? If the battery is fine, you might try this: Mine used to crank and start up and then quickly die. My viper tech told me to hold the gas down too when starting and she fired up right away. Keep the RPM at around. 2500 for 10 seconds or so when the car initially starts. Was the battery weak or dead? Did you jump it? What year Viper?

It is a 01 rt. I am not sure about jump starting it. I do notice I have power to the windows and radio. Also I noticed that the battery guage on the dashboard console is in the red area. I tried keeping my foot on the gas while starting but the engine just keeps clicking
