Hello everyone! I bought my Viper in February, then moved to Newport News, VA in April, then promptly put it in storage - I am in the Navy, and it was time for me to meet the ship out at sea. But soon it will be time for me to come home, and I have a lot of maintenance I want to accomplish once I get back...specifically, I want to change all the fluids. Brake, clutch, tranny, rear end, oil, coolant, whatever I can. The car has 36,000 miles on it, so I want to do as much as I can.
How much of this can I do on my own? I have plenty of tools, and I am pretty mechanically inclined, so I can do the basics on a regular car. I know I probably don't have ramps that low enough for it, though. And I would love a little help, so if anyone is willing to spend an afternoon or two with me and show me the ropes, I will be more than happy to make the food/beverage arrangements!
Everyone here was very helpful in the weeks prior to and immediately after my purchase, so thank you again for that, and thanks for your help in the future too!
