Even though I did not participate, just went up to hang out with other members, what a great event! The Southern California Viper Club joined up with the Touring Car Racing Association for their event at Willow Springs. Doug Dye, president, and Said Abu Qartoumy were able to get a Viper exclusive run group, only about 15 cars. Entry fee for the entire weekend with about 4 hours of track time was only $175. There were a few amazing instructors, ha ha... Jon Scott and Ken Adelberg.
It was a well planned event and plenty of track time with very little cars on the track. Everyone was very safe and really learning elements of driving and their own cars. Thanks to all the new faces for their club support.
