I was able to hang with a bunch of aussies while recovering from my last project last year in Fiji and one of the things I miss most is the hospitality you and yours showed us yanks and the "good on you" quips. Nice to see again, always makes me smile.

Yeah we kiwis and Aussies have a few sayings:

Like "cool!" could be "corker, beauty, *******, ripper, bonza, grouse!"

"It's ok" could be "she's right mate" or "no worries mate"

"I'm full" could be "Mate - I think I could pooh a cow!"

....well - the more civilised among us would choose where we used some of those....

BTW - there's a room here if you're ever in NZ! It's a great place.

I find myself using 'no worries' a lot these days after my visit last year.

I'll take you up on that offer torque! I'm trying to convince the wife that we need to head back to Fiji and stop over in NZ for a bit...beautiful land!
