What should a good/fair asking price be?

Hey guys, I just replaced my 3.73 diff to go back to the stock 3.07 because I went to a Roe. Gonna sell my complete 3.73 diff but without the "batwing". I had Tator build the diff (unless he sent it out..not sure), and its the stock housing from my 2000GTS, with about 15-20k miles on it. What should a good/fair asking price be?
