I received a note in the mail about my warranty about to expire and these guys are offering some great deal. Does anybody know what it is? Is is a scam?

I don't know about CAC, but suggest you contact a DODGE dealer to buy a full, extended warranty before yours lapses. Try Woodhouse, Fitzgerald, Roanoke.
