It looks like a private seller using a 'service' to advertise their car. To bad the 'service' didn't advise him that he's about $10-15K over market on his car.
I'm guessing all of their auto auctions are on the very high side. Look at his feedback. Looks like they haven't sold a vehicle yet, just normal items.
