What year Viper do you have? It is a Torx bit on the '03s. If you have a GEN3, I can go out to my garage and check.

ViperJim is correct. You need to go out and buy yourself a set of 3/8" drive TORX Bit Socket Set

2006 FE. It's a T-30 Torx.

Buying a complete set of sockets along with a Torx screwdriver set will save you lots of time as you will use them on other parts of the viper. Granger and Sears carry both.
