There's a line between the 12 and the 16. Your battery gauge should be a hair under that line at idle & right on it when you're driving. If it's toward the 12 then something's definitely wrong. If it's toward the 16 then something's definitely wrong as well. Could be your alternator or if you changed your pulley for more HP it could be that. The new pulley you put on slows everything down (if you even changed the pulley).
