wheel and tire question

I have a 1999 rt10 that i would like to put wheels on ccw sp600 19x13 rear 19x10.5 front also lowering 1 inch does this sound right as far as size goes also would this be a good tire size 285 30 19 and 345 30 19 any help would be great

You'll be fine. I have 20x13(335/30/ZR20) rears and 19x11(Tires: 295/30/ZR19) fronts.
