Wheel and tire

Advice please, just got a 05 srt wheel and tires are front 295/30/19 toyo 888r, on forgestars
Looks grate but very loose at high speeds. this is what I found previous owner hand 4 degrees negative camber and stock ride hight why ? Well so tires don't rub the fender .
The question is do I adjust the ride hight and camber (it dos have a set of bc coilovers) or go to a 285/35/19 ..and keep the oem ride hight.the 295s do bobble out on the rim ..rim is 19x11

I can run 305-30-19 lowered and inch. On F14 forgestar wheels 19x11 and 1.8 camber, Zero rub. Do you have spacers??? If so take them off

Something is not right. I can't get to 4 Camber!!! Not and have any Castor left.
