Where is the "FORUM" speed button?

What happened to the speed button within the two grey bars on top for the "forum"?

Not sure what speed button you're talking about. What did it link to/what did it do?

Right at the topof this page where (on the thin grey bar) it says "Media", "Classified", "Chat", etc. it used to say "forums"....when did "forums" drop off?
