If you can try to get a 96 softtop. Much easier to put together then a 95 is.

'96 should fit '95. They fall within genI vs gen II. You may need to change some minor hardware, however, as dodge made a few changes during the first four or five years.

Nope. Gen I and Gen II tops are not interchangable.
