Which shifter can I use my stock handle on?

I would like to get a aftermarket shifter, but I dont like the small shifter handles. Can I use my stock shifter handle with a SVS or Ripper? Thanks

The stock shaft and knob screws right onto the SVS shifter bolt. That's how I have mine. I don't know about any of the other brands.

The B&M Ripper shifter can use a stock handle. I have an MGW knob on mine and I love it!
