You will have to get a machine shop bore that sleeve out and then have the block repaired by the very best aluminum welder you can find that has had experience welding up blocks....then they will probably need to overbore that hole for an oversized sleeve. There are weird things with sleeve sizes when you start boring etc....you may have to do an oversize piston for that hole.....and you normally have to buy at least four pistons at a time. Todd at Arrow can guide you on the sleeves....it might be best to let them handle it if they normally get blocks repaired.
