Who's Got The NY Red Gen III Viper

Yesterday (9/12) I saw a Red GenIII Viper with NY plates driving down Rt 80 Westbound in New Jersey (in the Parsippany area). I was the guy in the blue BMW that gave you a thumbs up.

Just wondering who it was and if they are a VCA member?
