Will 96-97 Center Caps Fit 3 Spoke Wheels?

I will be powder coating my stock three spoke rims. But I would like to use the metal center caps and have them powder coated to match the rims. Wondering if the early gen 2 center caps will fit on 3 spoke rims. They look the same to me but any info would help. THANKS
