im going to install the Belanger headers and stright pipes to my borla exhaust and i have the snakebox on order.

so is it ok to run the car without the snakebox ? i heard that the MOPAR ECU will take care of the check engine light but im not sure if it will still let the car run rich

You will throw a code if you don't use the snake boxes. I have removed the cats and mufflers too, you will like the sound!

The Mopar ECU does keep it from throwing the code. If you're keeping that, you shouldn't need the snake boxes.

I have belangers, a "test pipe", and corsa catback and I have not kicked a code yet. Am I in danger of doing that with the stock ecu? It does sound good but a little loud at WOT.
