    Yeah, I already gave up for the night and have the penetrating oil already sprayed. Recess the piston with needlenose pliers? Are you talking about compressing the piston in order to fit the thicker new pad in? If so, try 'C' clamp vise grips. No slipping. A small threaded 'C' clamp may work also.

    Kevin Smith at Klaben Dodge in Kent is a very good viper tech. The story goes he used to be a mechanic on a viper race team or something. I learned of him from this board. Have taken my car there once to have ALL the fluids changed. He did a nice job.

    I live in Hudson so I can be there in 5. I usually hit the Thursday night gathering in Northfield, but this sounds a lot bigger. Have you ever attended the Solon show? Every Tuesday night behing the movie theater. Very big show with a large variety of cars. Set a date and I will be there.
