......Had just settled down for a long winter’s nap.

Yes, it is that time of the year again. Although last year, that time never came. Throughout the winter, there were always a nice day here and there to get the car out and enjoy it.

I had mine out Friday to warm it up to change oil, fill up with gas and stabil. Might get one more run before the salt goes on the roads.

That *****... one of the reasons I moved down south.

Think of the positive side, you'll be that more excited about getting to drive it...next year. Yeah, that doesn't sound all that great...lol

No sympathy but I like the Viper poster on the wall of your garage.

OK, I have a question about this as i am about to do it as well. Is it a good idea to store the car with the cover on or will that cause moisture problems in an unheated garage?

Yep... last year I took her out between Christmas and New Years cuz we hadn't had salt on the roads yet! :santa: It was my wifes idea... "You gotta do it for bragging rights... you might never get this opportunity again in Ohio." she said.
She is a good woman! :)

You're right Golfer... no words needed and you'll get alot of empathy with that pic. :(

My last run was on Saturday Nov. 10th (70 degree day).

I'm had to run to the local parts store. The young men behind the counter had to come out and take a look.

I'm afraid that may have been it for the year. :omg:

Sorry--no "kicking" intended. Besides, you can kick back at us in the summer when it's 100% humidity and in the 90's for 4 months straight down here. We are all so lucky to have the best cars for the buck no matter where we live. Have a great Holiday season!!--Dave

Jay, it's done !!! It was not an easy decision, trust me, but to compensate I take the traction off and press the "sport" button on the 300 and those 470 ponies will keep me happy for the winter !!!!!!

I'm guessing you cover your Viper and get the 2-stage snow thrower ready for use during the same weekend.

We get the better deal down here in the winter, but as stated earlier, summertime can be rough.

For those in Ontario, no more Vipers! The calcium spray is down and I have inspected Vipers that have driven in that. Not so pretty! :(

Golfer

Those clubs are making me nervous..... please lay the bag down or relocate to corner! :D :rolaugh:
