I am only looking for 1 rear wheel. My car only has 9,500 miles, therefore looking for like new. Would your wheel fall into that category and if so would you sell one wheel? I do not need tires.

You should find a wheel repair shop to smooth out the rash and re-clear the damaged one. Couple hundred bucks max and 1-2 weeks.

Or buy some playing cards, different sandpaper grades, clear coat and go to it.

Unless you have a chunk that requires welding fill in. Some will use bondo to fill that in so watch out.
