High Pitched Whining Sound . . .
I have a similar whine at idle coming from the rear of my 06 Viper vert. Probably at speed also but just can't hear it over the exhaust. It gets down right loud sometimes and can be heard from several feet away. Any ideas? Does the fuel pump get that loud?- Atlanta Viper

Congratulations on retirement! It would be interesting to see how many Convertibles ended up with factory stripes over the years. I just bought an "06 red convertible with black factory stripes. I believe they were not offered at all on convertibles some years and an expensive upcharge in others.- Atlanta Viper

I just bought a 2006 Viper convertible (haven't received it yet. It's shipping In a week or two) and the seller just told me that he took the car into a dealer to correct a recall and when the car came back the factory radio didn't work.
