    does anyone know if we as buyers have any recourse when their acr isn't delivered before the 09 model year ? one year of depreciation value is a hell of a lot of money, unless dodge is only building a very few number and not building any '09 acr's. any thoughts ?

    With the slow delivery of the '08 acr's, will they delay the '09 acr's or call the late 08's, '09 models ? It ***** if you get your '08 acr and next week your buddy might be getting his '09 acr. What about the one year depreciation factor ?
