Viper GTS Loan
I had a simalar issue regarding a loan for a 96 GTS that was older than ten years. Called the loan officer at Bank of America and inquired if they had even checked the book value of the car, they had not. The loan officer agreed to check the value and I received the loan.- DaytonaViper

no heat from front vents but from the vents on the windshield?

Interior Door Handle Question
Did the conversion and it's not for the faint of heart. Actually not that hard if you don't mind grinding the crap out of things. Help Recharging theAir Conditioning System
I also had the o-ring failure and replaced them myself. Leak was easily spotted at hose when I refilled with a can of r134. Used the cans to refill the system after repair, but it never reached the cold air temperature I expected. Took it to sears and had it vacuumed/refilled. Much colder...- DaytonaViper

Rough starts

Can I check my own error codes?
Double check the hatch switch and make sure you don't have a pinched wire. My 96 GTS had this problem. The insulted wire had some how moved half way up the plastic shell encasing the switch.- DaytonaViper

AC Hose Install Help
Had the same problem and leak issue on my 96 GTS. Ended up replacing o-rings on the compressor. Had it vacuumed and refilled by a professional. Cost: $20.00 o-ring from dealer, $89.00 for freon. Works good as new…….may be worth checking first.- DaytonaViper
