    Something you might want to try is putting the new SRT intake on your motor, ported and polished of course. You will lose a little bottom end torque but you will pick that up on the top end and be able to extend your power range a few hundered RPM. I am sure you don't have a torque problem...

The reason I am asking is I am making the assumption with a Glide and boosted V-10 I think you should be able to hit low 9's pretty easily without NOS and even high 8's...

    Competition for the Viper is very healthy! I would think everyone would be happy that the C6 is going to be fast and lite weight. If Chevy steps up you know the coupe will be a step up as well. Better for both Corvette and Viper enthusiasts!

    What causes bad wheel hop at dragstrip?

    The cause of wheelhop is from the tire having inconsistent track bite. Usually different shocks or a drag radial tire will help with this. A side note- Wheelhop is a big NO NO! Try and limit it as much as possible because it is a quick way to break parts.
