    Mine does this with dot 3 fluid in the reservoir. The fluid boils at a stop. Switched to dot 4 fluid no more issues.

    Use a good 75w-90, just avoid GL5 rated fluids. I used anything I had on the shelf, 2qts redline GL4, 1qt BG synchroshift, 1qt auto trans fluid.
