    I recently traded an 06 Z06 for an 06 Viper Coupe........I wanted to do it ever since the Gen3 coupe came out,but it would have cost me about $20k. I actually gave my 15k mile Z06 & only $6k for my 2k mile Viper.

    Being a mid engine does indeed help traction somewhat....but the bigger factor is gas pedal modulation....and slipping the clutch. Just keep practicing.....you'll get it!

    Don't get me wrong.....the PS2's are great when it's warm,but they do drop off in grip when it's cold more than any other tire I've ever used. The PS2's even have a warning label stating something to that effect.

    These wheels were not the 5 spokes...the Razors have a mixed review at best.I'll be shocked if anyone will sell you a "mint" set of 5 spokes with as new tires for $3500.00 Good luck to you,I'd go ahead & give Hennessey a deposit for the next set he gets were I you.

    Another cosmetic problem on my 08

    The rocker panels on my 06 Viper look like crap after 6k miles... We also have a Ford GT & after 3k miles the rockers still look factory fresh..go figure.
