Headin To the Drag Strip

Not calling BS yet on the IAT issue, but that really sounds iffy. Most months of the year Las Vegas sees daytime high temps well above 100 Degrees F so driving through the hot air will not reduce IAT's therefore resulting in continuous power reduction. Gen V Dyno Pulls with Nitrous!
I'm in Manila now, heading to Hong Kong but will be back in about a week. I did try pulling those plugs but did not work. I don't know if there is a sequence or if they pulled them and plugged them back up after each pull.....I have tried to reach out to the engineers, but they have not...- Tom Welch

Hi George, Based only upon my trial and error, i think that the ABS/ECS/Stability control issue is defaulted to a higher speed as just running the car momentarily on the dyno to check for truing and strap adjustment in 1st or 2nd gear isnt enough to trigger a fault in one of those systems...- Tom Welch

Rocket.... I think other tuners ARE having the same problems on the dyno...they are just not coming forward with it. My BONE STOCK Viper does the same wacky dyno curve even without nitrous.....but ONLY after the first pull because after the first pull all the ECS/ABS idiot lights come on. I...- Tom Welch

Hi Jack, I don't mean to come up against you on something as you are way ahead of the curve...but i dont think that the Nitto tire Nine Ball mentions is any larger in rollout then the factory tire. Jack, Yes, I turned it all the way off (held 5 seconds) before the first pull and then could not do anything with it after that. Yes, the wide band was after the cats. That is the problem. At @ 5000 RPM something is taking charge in the computer and probably pulling timing and adding fuel...- Tom Welch
