Was black offered in '01-'02?

Was black offered in \'01-\'02?

I know it was in '00 but what about the last two years? I'm not sure If I can live with yellow.

My other choice would be Sapphire Blue/Cognac since itt's blue by day/black by night.

It was 99 and 2000 that's it for the GTS. I think 94,96,99 and 2000 for the RT/10. I think. I'm selling my black 8,500 mile GTS if your interested. Sorry guys still in the market.

Black was only offered as an exterior color for Gen 1 and 2 from the factory for '93-'95, '96 w/ silver stripe, then '99 and '00 only. Hence why I've owned a '95 and '00.

Nope. Like stated above, black was only for 1999 & 2000 on the GEN II RT/10's. The color choices for the years you discussed are as follows:

2001:
Red
Yellow
Sapphire Blue

2002:
Red
Yellow
Graphite

While I love red, half of my cars are red and just want something a little different. I want black, but I want ABS even more. In the garage is several high horsepower cars without ABS and it's gets hairy coming down from speed at times. Si I guess that leaves yellow or blue.

In certain lighting Saphire Blue looks like black. This would probably be your best choice (closest to black).

Although Graphite, offered only in 02, is also a striking color.

Obviously not trying to talk you out of yellow. Good luck with your search.

It will be easier to find a yellow one because that color was offered in 01 and 02. Are you looking for a GTS or RT/10?

There are productions numbers of the colors listed in the Viper Registry section of the board, broken down by year, model and interior color. There is only one yellow with Cognac interior, so you really only need to be concerned with the Saphire.

No, not really. I had the option of getting an ABS versus a non-ABS car, and I didn't (and still don't) feel it was needed. I've out-braked ABS cars before, for that matter.
