Anyone made anything cool out of their old rear tires?

I saved my old rear tires thinking I could make something out of them, end table, seat etc. Was going to use them as yard art and grow potatoes in them but every year I'm too late to start that.
I have 3 rears I need to do something with before I just plain get rid of them. So any ideas?

Seems there was someone few months ago posted some pics of what he'd done with his...
cut them in half, mounted on the wall for shelving, maybe???

Here you go. Trust me it's not easy cutting these things in half but they look cool up on the wall.
